Shannon is an experienced finance professional and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. She is joining us from Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), where she most recently served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, Shannon led teams responsible for capital management, strategic financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration across one of Western Canada, and is familiar with large-scale acquisitions, system conversions, and process improvements.
