Workforce Training Initiatives

  • Electrical Awareness Training
  • Utility Tree Worker Safety Training (in partnership with Olds College)
  • In-community pre-employment training programs
  • NRT Truck Driving Training Programs
  • Specialized safety training, including:
    • ATV, UTV, and snowmobile operation
    • Wilderness first aid
    • Ice water rescue
  • ACLP pre-employment training
  • CanNorth in-house mentorship program
