- Utility Tree Worker Safety Training (in partnership with Olds College)
- In-community pre-employment training programs
- NRT Truck Driving Training Programs
- Specialized safety training, including:
- ATV, UTV, and snowmobile operation
- Wilderness first aid
- Ice water rescue
- ACLP pre-employment training
- CanNorth in-house mentorship program
