Kitsaki Procon Potash Joint Venture

Mining is one of Canada’s primary industries and so, not surprisingly, Kitsaki also does some digging for gold, or potash or whatever our customers want.  More accurately it is Kitsaki Procon Potash Joint Venture (KPPJV) that does the digging—and blasting and we can do the milling and construction too.  Kitsaki has a long history of productive partnerships and Procon has a long history of contract mining.

We are full-service providers to the mining industry, from building and operating complex open pit and underground mining developments, to completing industrial and civil infrastructure projects. Kitsaki Procon is based in Saskatoon and does work throughout Saskatchewan.

KPPJV currently has a multi-year, multisite agreement to execute mining and industrial services work in Nutrien’s Saskatchewan mines. We also support Nutrien’s strategic focus on Aboriginal engagement and their “Aboriginal Content Playbook”.

We work to build capacity through training and apprenticeship and trade related employment for indigenous people living in the work region.  The partnership is looking to develop long-term sustainable employment and leadership opportunities for the province’s Aboriginal peoples.

With a constant focus on safety and excellence KPPJV has a bright future.

Kitsaki Procon is COR and Enform Seal certified for the Canadian oil and gas industry and is a member of ISNetworld.
