Reporting to the Controller, the Administrative Assistant provides reception and administrative support to office of Kitsaki Vegetation Services. The position is located in the La Ronge office.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day reception, receiving visitors, answering phones, must be available from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Maintain the office equipment / supplies
- Kitchen / coffee area clean and stocked
- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
- Collect and organize receipts
- Update and maintain log records for fuel and other transactions
- Assist in the preparation of external communications
- Organize and maintain electronic filing system
- Organize, printing, scanning field paperwork for field staff
- Back-up electronic files using proper procedures
- Data entry into company data base
- Assist and maintaining office calendars
- Coordinate janitorial and other service provider work and schedules
- Assist with travel arrangements, source out suppliers in communities for accommodations.
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
- Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Administrative Assistant
- Demonstrate ability to foster collaborative relationship within a diverse workforce, have excellent organizational skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and database applications)
- Operate standard office equipment such as computers, telephone, fax, and photocopier
- Demonstrates reliability, dependability, and flexibility
- A valid driver’s license
